After careful restoration, carried out under the strict supervision of the Superintendent of Cultural Heritage, the fort was finally returned to life, with meticulously chosen interiors designed to compliment the building's history, renewing its promise of hospitality in the guise Lampare al Fortino, now considered one of the finest restaurants in Puglia.
